Refund Policy

1- General Refund Terms

At EIMT, we are committed to providing high-quality Management Consulting and Training services. Please review our refund terms carefully before enrolling in any program.

1.1 Training Courses & Workshops

🌀 Before Course Commencement:

⚠️ Cancellations made more than [7] days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund (minus any administrative or payment processing fees).

⚠️ Cancellations made within [7] days of the start date may be subject to a [10-25%] cancellation fee.

🌀 After Course Commencement:

❌ Strictly No Refunds: Once the course has officially started (the “Start Date”) or the trainee has attended the first session (virtual or in-person), no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

❌ This policy applies regardless of attendance. Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

1.2 Online / Self-Paced Courses

❌ For pre-recorded or self-paced content, the “Course Start” is defined as the moment the user logs into the learning portal and accesses the first module.

❌ Once the course content has been accessed, the registration fee is non-refundable.

1.3 Consulting Services

❌ Consulting retainers and project fees are non-refundable once the Service Agreement is signed and the project kickoff has occurred.

❌ In the event of early termination by the client, any hours already worked, or resources allocated will be billed accordingly.

1.4 Rescheduling

⚠️ If you cannot attend a scheduled course, you may request to transfer your registration to a future cohort, provided the request is made at least [10] days before the original start date. Transfer approval is subject to seat availability.

4- Processing Details

⏱️ Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of approval
💳 Refunds issued in original payment currency
⚠️ Course access revoked immediately upon refund approval

5- Technical Support Requirement

🔧 All technical issues must first be reported to our support team (Phone/WhatsApp: +201098896207) for resolution attempts before refund consideration

6- Additional Terms

📛 Chargeback disputes without prior contact will result in permanent course access termination
